Love Actually

Standard

So, for all of you that were really worried about my shopping and scarf addiction, I have found a new way to spend time. I am loving Netflix and the escape a two hour movie provides is the best distraction from life I can find. I just watched Love Actually for the first time the other night. Was it the best movie I have ever watched in my lifetime? No, it was not, but the beginning has stuck with me and been a gentle nudge of a reminder for me to practice my vision. How do you do that you ask? You adjust the direction you are looking. I can’t quote the beginning of the movie but the general message was this. We see so much bad in the world. We see tragedy and sorrow and negativity but Love Actually is all around us if we choose to see it. Great message and one I wanted to share with all of you. May you see wonderful things on the way through your day. Pay attention and pause on the moments that you witness kindness and good and turn away from the rest. Change your focus, change your life.
