Sometimes multitasking can be counterproductive, especially when it comes to the sanity of our own minds. How then can we slow down and focus enough to put all our time and energy into that one thing that is most important?

  1. This reminds me of those little carry out restaurants that have pizza, pasta, and subs. They cater to a wide range of people but since they specialize in nothing, the food they serve isn’t that good, at least in my experience. Another symptom of multitasking and maybe there’s some truth to that old phrase “Jack of all trades and master of none?”
