This site is about everything from my philosophy on life to the little things that make me laugh. IIt is about living, and breathing, and pausing long enough to take it all in. I hope it makes you laugh, sometimes makes you cry, but always makes you want to come back for another visit. It is your words, and your likes that inspire me to keep writing. And it is through my writing that you have a very large window to my soul. Relax awhile, read, and enjoy!
That’s awesome! Mine would be sitting at a small table in Rome having a wonderful 2 hour dinner with my husband and kids. I can smell the food and hear the music just thinking about it. What a special day! Thanks for playing!
The last day I shared with my Dad. I’d had a helicopter ride (a week early) for my 40th birthday , got the pictures developed quickly, and shared them with him in the bospital. He was so excited for me, and so looking forward to coming home.He never did, and died the day after my birthday. I wish I had gone back that last day, hugged him and told him how much I loved him. But I have that memory.
What a beautiful memory. I often think about my grandmother and how her presence would make me smile. I’d do anything to spend one more day looking at her smile. Thank you for sharing such a personal memory.
I would relive the last day I saw my grandmother before she died. She was having a wonderfully lucid day. I introduced her to my second child and she got to hold him and feed him. We made that day our New Year’s Eve party because I was unable to get home for the holidays. At one point she looked at us and said, “This is the best New Year’s Eve I have ever had.”
It would be one of three, and I couldn’t possibly choose. My wedding day or either of the two days my kids were born.

I would relive my honeymoon because I got sick during it. Not because of my wife but perhaps of food poisoning.

I sympathise. My first honeymoon was spent reading horror stories (5 in a week). The marriage didn’t last.

Our departed loved ones are never far away. I’m convinced both of our Dads are having a chuckle at us from ‘on high’.
