Remember that kid that sat in the front of the class year after year jumping up and down to get the attention of the teacher everytime a question was asked? Those same obnoxious kids are all on Facebook now policing every post and word another person says. This fact checking and correcting is getting really out of hand. My message to you all, find something better to do with your time Nobody likes a know it all so for your own good, carry on.
Another reason for me to avoid social media!

Hey, SOMEBODY has to stand up for proper language skills and the truth. 😛 No one likes to be told they made a mistake…unless you’re in the mood for that. But, too many whistles blown, and there’s bound to be a McEnroe yelling at the refs.

We disagree on this one 😉 We need less teachers and more listeners

I was half-teasing. But, if you saw as many writers as I have, making gruesome errors, you might wonder where they got their education. It doesn’t mean we cannot listen, too. Hopefully, the editors share more than just what was wrong in their eyes. Good teachers can listen and correct papers. 😀

True. You just know how I feel about critics. Not everyone wants to be corrected all the time. It’s the latest trend.
