Some periods of life are chaotic. Out of nowhere, the storm moves in and settles right over the heads of you and your family. It’s a dark time and it feels like the sun will never shine again. Stand in confidence knowing it is still there strategically hidden behind that stubborn cloud. There is always comfort in knowing that the one thing that is constant is change and tomorrow, next week, 3 months from now can look very different from today.
If you are experiencing a stormy season, I pray that the next season will be one of rest. My hope is that when you finally feel that sun shine down on your face, you bask in it surrounded by its amazing healing and warmth. Wait expectantly for it to come and step into its peace the second you catch a glimpse.
